Peace of mind: All-Inclusive Avantage Service
All-Inclusive Avantage Service offers clients a simple annual rate which includes all services for the software used: technical support without call limit and all required updates* (governmental updates and software updates).
Technical support includes communications with an Avantage technician (using a toll free phone number), at all times during normal business hours (8h30 AM to 5 PM), without monthly or annual call limit. As well, during updates periods, All-Inclusive Avantage Service registered users are served first: they receive updates automatically, without having to order them.
3 months of technical support with any purchase of an Avantage software
To simplify your accounting system implementation and quickly profit from your investment, Avantage offers 3 months of technical support free of charge with a software purchase. Users that register to the All-Inclusive Avantage Service will not be penalised and will benefit from 15 months of service for the price of 12. Yours to choose!
Updates
Avantage updates are the one planned internally. They are generally, released twice a year. It is possible that an internal release could be combined with a governmental one.
Governmental updates follow taxes or wages computation formulas changes or changes required by the CCQ for construction companies. These updates are generally obligatory for users and are imposed up to twice a year.
