Once again, the Avantage team developers have made several improvements to the software to meet the needs expressed by our service plan subscribers.
Upgrading to version 2016 lets you:
Automatically generate the mandatory report on the distribution of CSST annual insurable earnings.
Update your software for the first payrolls of 2016.
Add two messages in the customer file, Stat. and Messages tab.
Hide customer and supplier invoices whose balance is zero to rapidly view the active accounts.
Rapidly search for an order with your customer’s order number. (Exclusive to the Expansion and Integration versions of Avantage SMB)
Please note that the latest versions of your Avantage application allow you to view financial statements from previous years by clicking the General Ledger menu and selecting the last item in the list, which is View Previous Financial Statements.
Click the “Update” button in the upper-right corner of your software and follow the instructions.
Please note that the time required to perform this update varies according to the volume of data saved in your Avantage software.
