We wish to inform you that starting January 1, 2021, we will no longer be sending service plan renewal notices by mail.
All service plan renewal notices will be made online, in the Avantage Portal. A few weeks before your renewal date, you will see a banner displayed at the top of your Portal (which is displayed when you open your software).
Renew directly in the Avantage Portal
When your notice is displayed, you can renew your service plan directly online in a few clicks. Simply go to the Renewal Centre and follow the instructions on the screen.
We are making these changes in order to use less paper, but also to help you use fewer cheques. You will also benefit from faster processing of your renewal request thanks to online payment.
