This procedure applies for the installation of the four versions of Avantage SMB.
Note: If the software is used in a network, contact the systems network administrator before installing.
Step 1
Installation

Click your download link or insert your CD and double-click the WPEINS.EXE file to start the installation.

Before running the installation program, close all applications. If a Windows window is displayed, click Additional Information and Run anyway.

Select the installation language and follow the instructions on screen.

In the license contract window, read the contract and confirm your agreement with the license clauses by selecting the I accept the terms of the license option twice. Click Next.

In the Folder window, confirm the folder where the software is to be installed. To use a different folder, click Browse and the select the appropriate folder. Click Next. We recommend that you use the C:\Avantage folder to facilitate support if needed.

In the Installation window, click Next.

Once the installation is completed, click Finish. Avantage opens automatically.
Your Avantage software is now installed!
Step 2
Activation

When you open the software, enter your serial number and license number.

In the Registration Card window, complete all fields.

To send the information, select Send by email in the Printer field and click OK to send the Registration Card by mail.

In the Company Creation window, click OK.

In the Company Management window, assign your company number 01, complete the necessary fields and click the green checkmark at the top left to create your first company.
Step 3
Saving your software

Go to the Help menu in the System Information tab.

Click Access Code on the left side of your screen.

Enter the access code that was provided in the email containing your software. If you haven't received this email or if you can no longer find it, contact customer service at 1 800 862-5922.
Your Avantage software is now activated and ready to be used!
